Subject: Good (slight spoilers)
Not a bad film at all. Considering it's a low budget film, interesting to see outdoor photography in some scenes. Always pleasant to see the cars of the day, even if one of them is wrecked.

Subject: Interesting
A handsome doctor (more brave than smart) as a hero fighting against quack doctors selling dangerous drugs, a love story, blackmail, kidnapping, these are the ingredients of this short film. The male lead acts well, the female lead acts as if she has taken a sleeping pill. I was not able to believe her emotions.

Subject: Still A Problem
This well-paced, nicely written crime drama concerns patent medicines containing radium, a real problem up until the early 1930s. Thankfully, it's not told in a preachy way. The story centers on a crusading young doctor taking on Kennedy, a manufacturer and distributor of a popular radium-laced patent medicine. After finding out that the people he works for are shaking Kennedy down, the doctor pretends to join in the scheme. He is then able to infiltrate Kennedy's organization, and report back to the Bureau of Pure Foods and Drugs. In what was meant to be an exciting climax, Kennedy is arrested, and the doctor gets the girl.

I downloaded the 391MB AVI file. Video and audio quality are good.
